Privacy Policy
Effective October 26, 2026This policy explains what personal data avernix.com collects, why, and what you can do about it. The site is run by the independent developer doing business as "Avernix Game Studio" ("we", "us").
What we collect
If you sign up for the newsletter: your email address, the date you signed up, and the country your request came from (from Cloudflare, our host). That's all.
When you visit: Cloudflare, which hosts the site, processes your IP address and basic request details to deliver pages and block attacks. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which counts visits without cookies and without tracking you across sites.
If you email us: your message and address, so we can reply.
How we use it
Newsletter emails go only to people who signed up, about our games and the studio. Every email will have an unsubscribe link, and you can also ask us to remove you at any time.
We don't sell or rent personal data, and we don't use it for advertising.
Who else sees it
Cloudflare stores the site's data and delivers its pages. When newsletter emails start, the service that sends them will process your address on our behalf. Otherwise we only share data if the law requires it.
How long we keep it
Newsletter sign-ups are kept until you unsubscribe, then deleted within 30 days. Emails to us are kept as long as needed to help you.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct or delete your data by emailing hello@avernix.com. We honor Global Privacy Control signals. The site isn't meant for children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their data.
